经济增长的动因和中国的经济增长

持续增长是各国经济政策的核心目标 ,找出经济增长的内在动因对实现这个目标非常重要。本文提出了以内在动因为核心的“经济内能增长原理”,指出 :在其他增长理论中没有核心地位的增长因素 ,如教育、收入分配、法律制度、思想观念等 ,对长期增长有重要甚至决定性的影响 ,本文对增长率差异、滞胀等问题原因的看法也与其他理论有很大不同。中国经济的高速增长缘于改革开放创造的有利条件和正确的改革战略 ,有效促进了我国经济内能的产生和良性循环 ,今后仍有维持较高经济内能及其良性循环的潜力。文章最后提出了一些以维护经济内能良性循环为核心的政策原则建议

Impetus of Economic Growth and China's Economic Growth

Sustained growth is the major objective of economic policies of a country, and to find out intrinsic dynamic factors is of great importance to the realization of this objective. This paper puts forward the theory of the growth of economic intrinsic energy, which is based on intrinsic dynamic factors. It points out that such growth factors as education, income distribution, legal system and ideas, which are not included in the core factors in other growth theories, have important or even decisive effect on prolonged growth. Also different from other theories are the views concerning such issues as growth rate, discrepancy and stagflation. Rapid increase of China's economy is due to the favorable conditions and correct reform strategies brought about by the reform and opening to the outside world. It has effectively brought about the internal energy and the benign cycle of Chinese economy, and has the potentiality to maintain them. In its concluding part, this paper puts forward some suggestions which aim to ensure policies with internal energy and benign cycle as the core.
