城市社区视角下农民工组织管理体制更新的推进重点

农民工“城乡边缘人”的社会角色定位使其闲暇生活具有与传统农民和城市市民不一样的特征，主要表现为单调化、庸俗化、问题化三个特征．由此农民工闲暇生活对城市社区建设产生了新需求。但多元化的趋势与过去沿袭已久的单一行政化组织管理体制模式之间的矛盾构成了我国城市社区组织管理体制的基本矛盾，由此促使我国城市社区管理体制的更新改革成为一种必然。政府引导的农民工群体积极参与的社区组织管理体制模式将是城市社区管理农民工的有效管理体制模式．可从五个方面加以重点推进。

THE ADVANCING EMPHASIS ON THE INNOVATION OF MIGRANT WORKERS ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM UNDER THE PERSPECTIVE OF URBAN COMMUNITIES

The role positioning of the peasant-worker,"urban and rural marginal man" makes their leisure activity characteristics are different from traditional peasants and urban people,which are dull,vulgar and problematize.Therefore,the leisure life of the peasant-worker generates a new requirement to urban community construction.The contradiction of the trend of diversification and the long-standing single administrative organization and management models is the basic contradiction of the urban communities’ management system,thereby,it’s necessary to reform the management system of China’s urban communities.The Government leading peasant-workers actively participate in community organizations management system model will be an effective management system model.
