高校知识型人才管理的优化

摘    要:高校作为一个高学历高素质人才集中的地方,其人力资源和人才特点有别于一般的企业,针对知识型人才高素质、专业性强、需求高和流动性强等特征,本文从人力资源发展规划、配置机制、激励机制、储备机制、流动机制等几个方面入手,提出如何做好知识型人才的开发和管理,促进高校人力资源管理体系的优化的若干建议。

Abstract:The human resource are characterized by high degree and high quality in universities, so it dif- fers from that of the enterprises, with the features of high-quality, high specialty, high needs and high flowing. The paper first analyzes the characteristics of the modern college human resource, and then proposes a number of recommendations to promote the optimization of the knowledge-based university human resources management system from the aspects of human resources planning, allocation mecha- nism, incentive mechanism, reserve mechanism and flow mechanism.
