| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来,知识创新研究成为时代主题,现代企业和经济活力之源。如何使企业通过知识创新不断获得新的生命力、进一步谋求持续发展已成为国际企业界和学术界关注的热点,是近几年国际学术界的前沿研究领域。目前,对知识创新进行系统深入研究正成为一个极具研究价值而又方兴未艾的课题。因此,建立一个有序平稳演化发展的企业知识创新模型对于企业竞争力的提升大有裨益。本文在分析企业知识创新系统自组织动态性的基础上,运用超循环理论分析了知识创新系统的动态演化机理;应用Logistic方程,构建知识创新系统的数理模型并分析了该演化的稳定性,并构建了基于超循环的企业知识创新系统动态模型。
