| 摘 要： | 作为全球最大的石油公司,埃克森美孚公司的投资策略对我国的石油公司具有很强的借鉴意义。分析了近年来埃克森美孚公司的投资策略,指出其近几年投资特征:其投资多为中长期战略投资;投资偏重于上游业务;投资向非洲、中东及亚太地区偏移。在此基础上总结了该公司投资中所遵循长期性、约束性、独创性及一体化的原则,并分析了对中国石油公司投资策略研究和实施的启示。
