中韩职业女性主观幸福感之比较

通过考察中国和韩国已婚职业女性主观幸福感的现状及其影响因素发现:两国已婚职业女性的主观幸福感同处于中等水平,但是中国妇女比韩国妇女感到更幸福;职业满意度、家庭生活满意度与主观幸福感的三个维度都有显著相关;职业满意度和家庭生活满意度对主观幸福感有预测作用,但是家庭生活满意度的影响力远高于职业满意度,中国家庭生活满意度的影响力明显高于韩国。
