| 摘 要： | 全球化是现代生产力发展的必然结果和客观要求,是不以人的意志为转移的客观趋势,是社会历史进程的一个根本性变革。在全球化的背景下,我国政府体制及其运行已得到了相当大的改善。但是,与成熟的市场经济体制及全球化规则要求相比,仍存在差距。积极稳妥地进行适合于我国国情的政府体制改革,与全球化接轨,是实现我国社会经济飞跃发展的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Globalization is the necessary result and objective demand of modern productivity development.It is objective trend that can not be changed by people's will.It is an ultimate change of social and historical progress.With the background of globalization,our government system and its operation mechanism have been improved greatly.But compared with the mature market economy system and the globalization rules,a gap still exists.To promote the proper reform of government system actively and safely and then to conform to globalization is the only way to realize the significant progress of China's social and economic development. |
