| Abstract: | This paper is an attempt to study the Characteristics of the exploitation and administration of human resources at the age of knowledge economy. A scientific analysis of current human resources in Gansu province is obtained on the basis of studies of labour force and talent resources. At last, some strategical suggestions are made on how to improve the exploitation and administration of human resources in Gansu province. |
