| 摘 要： | 生源地助学贷款是国家助学贷款体系的重要补充,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容,也是金融支持教育新的探索方式。本文将围绕当前实施的新生源地助学贷款政策开展的情况,结合笔者所在的甘肃省实际现状进行分析,对如何更好的完善和推进生源地助学贷款提出一些自己建议。

| Abstract: | The student loan offered by the hometown is an important supplement to the state student loan system. As a new approach of the financial support to the education, it contributes to the establishment of the harmonious society of socialism. The paper is centered around the executions of the student loan offered by the hometown and analyzes the conditions in Gansu province with the view to promoting and perfecting the student loan system. |
