| 摘 要： | 职务犯罪作为一种社会腐败严重危及政府在民众中的公信力,尤其是在我国当前职务犯罪日趋严重的情况下,其更加具有重要的现实意义。因此,研究新形式下职务犯罪的特点和成因,并从中找到有效的预防对策,以期为我国的社会主义市场经济的良性发展提供有力的保障。
