关于党管理社会民间组织的思考

党的十一届三中全会后,中国社会民间组织的数量和种类激增,党和政府的权力面临某种程度的挑战。面对此种现象,执政的中国共产党思想上坚持与时俱进,实践中注重调查研究,弄清社会民间组织的发展规律。形势要求在管理民间组织的活动中提高党的执政能力,巩固党的执政地位。

The Thinking about Administrating the Private Organization

After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee,the number and kind of the Chinese private organization increased abruptly,which made the Party and the state's power meet with a little challenge.Facing this,the ruling Chinese Communist Party should keep pace with the times in thoughts,attach importance to making investigations and studies in practice,find the laws of development of the private organization.The Party should improve its governing capacity and consolidate its ruling in administrating the private organization.
