| 摘 要： | 《黄河三角洲高效生态经济区发展规划》给黄河三角洲区域经济的发展带来了历史性机遇,然而,高效生态的区域经济发展模式需要金融业多层次、全方位的大力支持。目前黄三角地区的金融机构和金融市场体系不够完善,金融产品与服务缺乏创新,无法实现金融对区域经济发展的支撑作用。因此,应不断优化区域金融生态环境,完善金融机构体系,构建多层次的资本市场,加大金融创新力度,建立起相应的风险分担与补偿机制,促进区域经济发展。

| Abstract: | The development plan for Yellow River Delta efficient and ecological economic zone has brought the regional economic development historical opportunities. However, models of economic development need comprehensive financial support. Currently, the financial institutions and financial market system of Yellow River Delta are both imperfect, also with lack of innovation in financial products and services, therefore cannot achieve financial support for the development of regional economy. In order to promote sustainable development, it is important to optimize the regional financial ecological environment, improve the financial system, construct the multi-level capital market, and increase the financial innovation, while the appropriate risk management is also needed. |
