The Liar as Truth-Value Talker

Our initial diagnoses of the liar paradox are all located on self-reference.However,the way self-reference in question does evil is too subtle to be observed,so academic attention has been diverted to other elements of more logical or philosophical importance,for pursuing a resolution.The paper will show that the doomed intention of semantic self-reference is to be blamed for the paradox, by bringing us back onto self-reference to examine mainly a derivative of the paradox.
