摘    要:创新人才培养模式是高校人才培养的重要内容,教育部鼓励和支持高校创新人才培养模式,在特色专业中开展分层次人才培养有利于培养和造就创新人才。以重庆理工大学国家级特色专业———材料成型及控制工程为例,分别从分层次人才培养模式设计、培养机制与措施以及改革特色等方面阐述了分层次人才培养,构建了“拔尖人才+卓越工程师+专业方向人才”三位一体的分层次人才培养模式,为地方高校工科特色专业分层次人才培养提供了一个范例。

Hierarchical Personnel Training Mode Building and Practice for Specialty in Local Colleges of Engineering Characteristics Taking Material Forming and Control Engineering Major of CQUT as an Example
Abstract:Innovative talents cultivation model is an important content of personnel training in colleges and universities.The ministry of education encourages and supports innovation personnel training mode in colleges and universities.Carrying out a hierarchical training in characteristic major is beneficial to train and bring up creative talents. The major of material forming and control engineering,a national engineering characteristic major in Chongqing University of Technology,is taken as an example in the paper.Hierarchical cultivation mode design,cultivation mechanism and measures and the reform on talent training pattern,etc.are analyzed.The trinity professional model of hierarchical personnel training is built including tip-top talent, outstanding engineer and professional talent.This provides a reference sample for engineering specialty in local colleges ’ professional hierarchical training.
