摘    要:教育理论界,对于师生地位的探讨,有“单主体论”“双主体论”“主体主导论”“复合主体论”等观点。孙俊三教授把师生关系类型分为“老师知道,学生不知道”、“老师不知道,学生知道”、“老师知道,学生知道”、“老师不知道,学生不知道”四种类型,突破了对师生关系研究的二元对立的思维模式,这种崭新的视角体现了传统的教学相长、教育平等、自由教育,还体现了教师和学生生命之间的生生互动,让人耳目一新。通过教育学、生命理论、社会学、哲学等多维度对这种类型的师生关系进行审视,分析研究这种分类方法的现代意义。

Abstract:In the education theory circle, there are four main theories about the college teacher-student relationship: mono-sub-ject theory, bi-subjects theory, subject-oriented theory and complex subjects theory. Professor Sun Junsan classifies the relation- ship between college teachers and college students into four types: "Teacher knows, student doesn't. ", "Teacher doesn't know, student does. ", "Both teacher and student know. ", "Neither teacher nor student knows. " This classification breaks the think-ing pattern of the study about the relationship between teachers and students which is binary and contradictory. This brand-new angle of view represents the traditional teaching thought that personal development is mutual between the teacher and the student as well as the concept of education equality and liberal education. It also represents the interaction between teachers and students or among students. This article makes a multi-dimensional examination of this new type of college teacher-student relationship from the perspective of pedagogy, life theory, sociology, philosophy and discusses its modern significance of this classification method.
