| 摘 要： | 城镇化与工业化紧密联系、互相促进。我国城镇化总体水平滞后于工业化，改革开放后这种滞后现象趋于缩小；由于城镇化的发展受自然基础和政策因素影响，各个地区又呈现出不同的情况。城镇化与工业化的区际差异性，要求在不同的区域实行不同的政策，促进城镇化与工业化的协调发展。

| Abstract: | The progresses of urbanization and industrialization are accompanied. China's urbanization lags behind industrialization. However, after the reform and opening-up, and it has tended to narrow. Urbanization are diversified in different region due to nature condition and policies. The regional differences require to implement different policies in different regions in order to realize the coordinating development of urbanization and industrialization. |
