| 摘 要： | 本文从哲学认识论、心理学、伦理学等方面探讨反思的机制和特征,参照国际教师培训与发展模式,分析了我国传统教师成长模式的缺陷,并对教师反思的内容作出一般的划分,提出反思训练的几点原则要求。

| Abstract: | This paper explains introspection from the perspectives of epistemology,psychology and ethics,and discusses the mechanism and features of introspection.In light of internationally-accepted teacher training and development models,it analyzes the defects with the traditional teacher development model in China.In addition,it categorizes the contents of teachers' introspection and puts forward several principles to be followed in the introspection training. |
