| 摘 要： | 产业的科学选择与错位发展,是推进区域经济结构调整、实现产业升级的必然要求,也是沿海开发背景下盐城提升经济竞争力、实现跨越赶超的关键,是盐城抢抓发展机遇、实现经济腾飞的最直接、最有效的路径。当前,盐城应该立足于自己的区位优势选择支柱产业,立足于自己的产业优势确定主导产业,立足于自己的资源优势确定新兴产业,着眼于自己的空间及潜力优势确定可发展的其他产业;要通过突出大规划引领、大交通先行、大港口支撑、大项目带动等措施,建立合理的产业个性选择与错位发展机制。
