关于文化遗产的属性、价值及保护的文化思索

文化遗产是文化现象,它所标识的是人与自然的关系,是人类对环境采取的态度和摆脱野蛮状态走向人化的方式及其结果的总和。因此不应以阶级或政治眼光来看待和处理文化遗产问题,也不应取单一的认知标准。文化遗产的价值即其历史价值,包括认知价值、评价价值、科学价值和生活价值。同时,文化遗产应该是一种正文化事象,而不是负（反）文化。保护文化遗产的意义对某一特定民族（族群）而言就在于保持文化独特性,对整个国家或整个世界来说,就是保持文化多样性,保证健康和谐的文化生态;保护文化遗产还可以从中吸取古老但并不过时的处理现代问题的智慧。
