| 摘 要： | 我国老龄化社会中大学生就业创业具有显著的时代特征,即社会性与时代性相统一、继承性与创新性相结合、依附性与首创性相关联、福利性与职能性相衔接、服务性与经济性相兼容。大力发展老龄化社会催生的老龄产业推动大学生就业创业具有明显的关联性、可行性、必然性。

| Abstract: | In China's aging society,college students' employment entrepreneurship has remarkable characteristics of the times: the unity of society and time,the combination of inheritance and innovation,the relevance of dependence and initiation,the interface of welfare and function,the of compatibility of service and economy.Vigorously develops the agedness industry that aging society produce to promote college students' employment entrepreneurship has obvious relevance,the feasibility and necessity. |
