| 摘 要： | 公平正义,是人类的共同理想和追求,是社会中每个人都能受到尊重、认同和恰当对待的表现,也是衡量社会制度优劣的试金石。人类社会的秩序与和谐要靠法治,而法治的最高境界就是公平正义。在实现法治、实现社会公平正义的过程中,法律监督具有不可忽视、不可替代的功能。
