| Abstract: | Higher education reform and technological progress present both opportunities and challenges to the colleges of a university. As the Office is the hub for the colleges, its staff must update their management theory and receive on-the-job training, standardize management system and perfect the evaluation and incentive mechanisms so that We can improve the management level, promote the university management system reform and guarantee the improvement of teaching quality. |
