| 摘 要： | 话语权表达作为一种重要的利益实现途径,正在为大众所认同.然而,农民作为这一场域下的"弱势群体",由于种种历史以及现实的原因,话语权却处于相对缺失状态,这不仅与民主发展的实质相抵触,同时也直接影响到政治的权威合法性和稳定.而其中最重要的制约因素就是信息传播网络的"短路",农民的"话语"无法通过有效的传播路径到达政治决策层,从而也就无法影响政策制定,满足利益需求.

| Abstract: | As an approach to achieve important benefits,the right of expression is beingt accepted widely.However,as "weak groups",farmers' right of expression is still in a state of loss for various historical and practical reasons,which is not only in conflict with the essence of democracy development but also directly affects the legitimacy and stability of political authority,and the most important constraint is "short circuit" happening in the information dissemination network.Farmers' ideas have no access to political decision-makers through effective communication channels,thus they are unable to influence policy making,nor meet their interests and needs. |
