微观辨证整体化之浅议

对微观辨证整体化研究 ,认为目前一是应该对大量的前期研究工作进行总结 ,对异病同证者及同病异证者的宏观症状进行循证医学研究 ;对异病同证者及同病异证者的微观指标进行循证医学研究 ;最终寻求宏观整体指标与微观整体指标的结合 ,从而使微观辨证升华到微观层次上的整体化水平。二是进行基因组学与中医证候相关性研究 ,寻找与中医证候相关的基因组 ,从而实现中医证候研究的基因水平上的整体化。

Integration of Microscopic Syndrome Differentiation

Syndrome differentiation is at the core of TCM theories, but it has its one-sidedness and objectiveness owing to the fact that it is based on the macroscopic evidence obtained from the four diagnostic methods. There has been some improvement from the research on the microscopic syndrome differentiation that started in the 1960s but no breakthroughs have been made. The authors think that we should apply the methods of evidence-based medicine to summarize the preliminary research work, to study both the macroscopic symptoms and the microscopic indices from patients with different diseases but the same syndromes and vice versa so as to achieve the integration between the two, and finally raise the microscopic syndrome differentiation to a new level of integration. At the same time, efforts should be made to study the correlation between the science of genome and TCM syndromes to look for genomes associated with TCM syndromes, so as to realize the integration in the study of TCM syndromes at the genic level.
