| 摘 要： | 发展低碳经济符合我国的当前和长远利益,是经济与社会发展的必然要求。面对实现工业化和承担国际义务的双重压力,低碳经济发展之路必然要受到更为严峻的考验,这需要以科学发展观为指导,建立激励型的财税政策,实现可持续发展,推动我国社会主义和谐社会与创新型国家的建设。
