| Abstract: | The country credit union at outskirts of a city has its special advantage. Presently we should catch hold of reform opportunity, and make great efforts to improve employee diathesis, provide better work conditions, develop new products and businesses, establish strict employee assessment system. At the same time, People s Bank of China should give more support to the country credit union to accelerate the development of the country credit union together. |
