| 摘 要： | 加强大学生思想政治教育，关键要加强辅导员队伍建设。建设一支高水平的辅导员队伍，必须走职业化、专业化和专家化之路。实现辅导员队伍职业化是推进辅导员队伍建设专业化和专家化的前提；专业化是辅导员职业化的升华，是辅导员走向专家化的基础；专家化是职业化和专业化建设的最终目标。
