| 摘 要： | 20世纪 90年代以来 ,国际资本流动呈现出许多新的特征和趋势。在推动经济全方位发展的同时 ,也埋下了金融危机的隐患。分析了国际资本流动冲击金融市场和金融体系带来的风险 ,探讨了我国利用和管理国际资本流动中存在的问题 ,并提出我国防范风险和管理国际资本流动的对策选择

| Abstract: | While international capital flow promotes the economy in many aspects, it causes the possibility of financial crisis as well. Since the late 1990s, international capital flow has revealed some new characteristics and tendencies. Based on these changes, this paper analyzes the risks which are accompanied with the impact of international capital flow on a country's financial market and financial system, and explores problems of using and managing international capital flow in China. It also puts forward corresponding countermeasures for China to avoid the risks and to administer international capital flow well. |
