| 摘 要： | 在分析合资铁路公司的特点和行业管理特性的基础上，提出了国铁企业对合资铁路监管应树立：监管的方法手段要适应合资铁路的特点，监管就是服务，加强监管理论学习，提高监管质量，划清股东监管和生产运输监控界限等理念。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the characteristics of joint venture railway companies and regulation characteristics, we put forward several principles that the state-owned railway enterprises should build up in the regulation of joint venture railway companies. Such as adopting suitable method and means of supervision and management according to the characteristics of joint venture railway companies; conducting supervision as a kind of service ; reinforcing study of regulatory theory and improving the regulatory quality; drawing the line between the supervision of shareholders and the supervision and control in production and transportation, etc. |
