| 摘 要： | 近几年来医患矛盾纠纷不断增长,已经成为社会各界关注的焦点。从医疗服务的特殊性出发,解决这些医患矛盾纠纷,就必须高度重视医疗投入和医学人才的培养,不断加强医务人员的职业道德教育;切实建立医疗事故预防机制,完善医疗保险制度;改变满意度评估标准,尊重医务人员的合法权益;强化人性化服务,合理引导患者就医。
