| 摘 要： | 公用事业的改革与发展对北京市经济发展有着重要的促进作用。本文从监管立法、进入监管、价格监管等方面系统分析了北京市公用事业监管的现状,深入剖析了北京市公用事业监管存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议,为北京市公用事业监管改革提供参考。
