| 摘 要： | 近年来区域经济快速发展,但区域经济发展中也出现了一些冲突现象。文章提出实行区域内地方政府间行政一体化的地方政府间关系体制创新模式,试图通过深化地方政府合作,整合地方政府的相关权力,解决区域经济发展中的利益冲突问题;设计了地方政府间行政一体化实施机制,对行政一体化中可能存在的问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Regional economy developed quickly in the past years,but there also came some inflicts.This paper brings out an innovation of local governments relations,which is administration integration of local governments.It seeks to solve the benefit inflicts in the regional economy development by implement the cooperation of local governments and integrating local governments' administration rights.It designs the implementing mechanism of administration integration of local governments,and studies some possible problems in administration integration of local governments. |
