四川物流发展的现状分析及战略定位

物流在经济发展中具有十分重要的作用。四川物流发展既有较好的基础条件,也面临严峻现实问题。四川物流发展战略目标必须结合四川经济发展内在要求和现实条件合理定位。四川物流发展总的战略指导思想和目标应该是:以加快推进流通产业现代化,提升区域经济竞争力为目的,以提高物流效率降低物流成本,改善物流服务质量为手段,促进物流产业持续、有序发展;充分发挥市场在资源配置中的基础性作用,加快现代物流的发展进程;积极采用先进的物流管理和技术,整合全省物流资源,提高物流的专业化和社会化水平;努力构建与四川经济社会发展相适应的现代物流服务体系,为提高四川经济的运行质量和持续快速健康发展服务。

Current Situation Analysis and Strategic Orientation of the Development of Logistics in Sichuan

Logistics plays an important role in economic development. This paper analyzes not only the favorable situations but also some severe problems that the Sichuan logistics is facing on its way to development. In addition, it points out that the strategic target for the development of Sichuan logistics should be defined rationally in light with the internal requirements and the actual conditions for the economic development in Sichuan Province. The general strategic guidelines and objectives for the development of Sichuan logistics are as follows: speed up the modernization of circulation industry and upgrade the competitiveness of regional economy; improve the efficiency of logistics, reduce the cost and promote the service quality of logistics; achieve a sustainable and coordinated development of logistics industry; make full use of the basic function of the market in the distribution of resources to hasten the development process of modern logistics industry; adopt actively advanced logistics management and uplift the level of specialization and commercialization of the logistics in the whole Sichuan Province; make efforts to construct a modern logistics service system that fits the socioeconomic development of Sichuan Province in order to ensure the improvement of the operation quality and a sustainable, rapid and healthy development of economy in Sichuan.
