农业文化遗产保护与新农村建设

农耕文明是中华五千年文明发展的物质基础和文化基础,是人类文明进程中的最本源最具生命力的文化遗产。我国地域辽阔,民族众多,每个地方,每个民族都有自己的农业文化,都有丰富的农业文化资源,都有农耕文化开发的优势和潜力。近年来,我国各级政府有力推动了农业文化遗产的保护工作,各地农业系统的干部群众把"农业文化保护与开发"落实到"三农"工作的实践中,取得了成绩,积累了经验,更好地服务于农业现代化和新农村建设。

Agro-cultural Heritage Protection and New Countryside Construction

Farming civilization is considered as the material basis and cultural basis for the Chinese civilization,and cultural heritage with the most vitality in human civilization process.In recent years,Chinese government with all levels strongly and efficiently promotes the agro-cultural heritage protection.There is no doubt that China has vast territory,56 different ethnic groups and each ethnic group does have its own agricultural culture,rich agro-cultural resource and advantages and potentials of farming culture development.Cadres from agricultural systems use the concept "Agro-cultural protection" in the practice of improving the situation related to farmer,countryside and agriculture.They accumulated rich experience to better serve the modernization of agriculture and new countryside construction.
