建立“空巢”老人社区生活支持体系的研究

在中国人口老龄化的过程中,“空巢”老人家庭急剧增多。家庭虽然在中国养老体系中扮演着重要的角色,但现代社会的迅速发展加速了传统家庭模式的解体,“空巢”老人的出现与传统的养老模式形成巨大的反差,在家庭照料资源减少、社会照料资源短缺的情况下,形成了老年照顾资源的断层,而新的社会养老体系尚未完全建立起来。实行居家养老、社区服务模式有诸多的优势,现阶段要充分重视社区在为养老服务中的作用,尤其要完善“空巢”老人社区照料服务体系。

Forming Community Support System for the Elderly of Empty-nest Households

In China the number of the elder of empty-nest households increased rapidly in the course of aging of population.Although taking care of the elderly in household by their children remains popular at present,the elderly of empty-nest households became more and more with the gradual disintegration of traditional Chinese families due to the rapid socio-economic development for modernization.To care for the elderly of empty-nest households is therefore unavoidably a harsh social fact we have to face because of lack of resources from both their children and society for them and,especially,there is still no social care system formed for them up to now.So,it is necessary to emphasis that the community service/support system should be provided for the elderly of empty-nest households,which has many advantages in taking care of them,and the system should be perfected step by step.
