| 摘 要： | 雷山地区的农村经济主要是自然经济为主的经济模式,商品经济不发达,苗族习惯法主要是在村寨发挥作用,地方经济的发展因素不会对习惯法文化形成大的冲击,习惯法文化还会长期存在下去,国家经济的发展,科学技术的进步,必然会影响到苗族习惯法的变迁进程。

| Abstract: | The rural economy in Leishan area is mainly the economic mode with natural economy as the main factor.The Miao customs play a role mainly in rural villages.Development of local economy cannot form a strong impulse to customary cultures,which will exist for a long time.However,development of state economy and progress of science and technology will surely affect the changing course of Miao customary law. |
