On Countermeasures of Developing Land Tax Under New Situations

At present, work of local levying tax is confronting with new challenges and opportunities . The local tax authority should take measures as follows, to get a clear understanding of the situation , grasp chances and strengthen the awareness of governing tax by laws, thereby lifting tke level of tax collection; to deepen the reform to levy and rule taxation, raising the level of tax collection and supervision; to speed up informational infrastructure, improving the scientific and technological quality of taxation. All these measures are to contribute to the overall development of local tax drive.
