以"三个代表"为指导加强农村基层党组织建设

农村基层党组织建设是农村实现“小康社会”的关键所在。本文认真分析当前存在的问题 ,认为江泽民“三个代表”思想是农村基层党的建设的根本指针。按照“三个代表”的要求 ,积极推进农村经济社会的全面发展 ,切实把农民的利益实现好、维护好是基层党组织的重要任务 ,以“三个代表”的要求提高农村基层党组织的战斗力是解决其目前存在问题的根本途径。

Strengthening the Basic Party Organization Building in the Countryside Under The Guidance of "Three Represents"

The basic Party organization building in the countryside is the key to achieve the goal of a well-off society in an all-round way. According to the analysis of the present problems, the thoughts of the "three represents" put forward by Jiang Ze-ming are the basic guidelines for the construction of the Party's rural primary organizations whose important task accordingly is to promote comprehensively the rural economic and social development so as to realize and protect farmers' fundamental profits. To improve the fighting power of the basic Party organization in the countryside under the guidance of essential concept of "three represents" is the way to solve the problems.
