| 摘 要： | 国外研究生培养模式主要有学徒式、专业式、协作式与教学式四种。中国研究生培养模式主要划分为学术型和应用型。借鉴国外教学式培养模式的理念,针对中国研究生培养的现状与问题,应构建基于团队学习的研究生培养模式。该模式的目标是培养研究生的创新思维与能力,培养过程强调学习小组的系统学习、深度学习,并对团队学习效果进行评价考核。该模式适合在中国应用性较强的人文社科类硕士研究生培养中推广。
