| 摘 要： | 晚清时期的陆海权之争最终确立了陆海权并重的发展思路,但因衰颓的国势清王朝无法将此种海陆兼顾的战略加以实施。当代中国也同样面临着陆权和海权孰轻孰重的问题。海权关系着中国的未来发展,陆权决定着中国的安全。在新世纪,只有陆海权并重,才能保障中国的崛起之路。
