浙东地区私营经济概况和进一步发展的对策建议──50家私营企业调查

１９９３年浙江省哲学社会科学重点课题的研究报告（文字有所删节）．第１部分对浙东地区（指宁波、温州和台州地区）私营经济的发展历史、现状作了分析、在此基础上提出了１９９４、１９９５两年将呈现大发展势头和一批私营企业将快速地向现代企业发展的预测。第２部分从三个方面论述私营企业在浙东地区的地位、作用。第３部分主要通过对５０家私营企业的调查数据。归纳了当前私营企业存在的五个方面问题：思想认识、政策、法律、企业规模和素质、经营和分配上的化公为私现象。第４部分针对上述问题提出了相应的对策和建议。

HE GENERAL SITUATION OF PRIVATE ECONOMY IN EASTERN ZHEJIANG AND SUGGESTIONS ABOUT THE POLICY FOR ITS FURTHER DEVELOPMENT

This article is an abridged report of a research programme-a key one in 1993 Zhejiang Philosophical and Social Science. The first part analyses the historical development and the present situation of private economy in Eastern Zhejiang(embracing Ningbo, Wenzhou and Taizhou). Based on this study, it predicts that a great advancement of such economy will be made in 1994 and 1995 and that a number of privately owned enterprises will develop rapidly into modem ones. The second part deals with the position and role held by such enterprises in Eastern Zhejiang from three perspectives. Chiefly based on the data obtained from the investigation of 50 private enterprises, the third part s urns up five problems existing in the enterprises of this kind today. They are ideology, policy, law, the scale and quality, and the phenomenon of privatizing public property in the practice of management and distribution. The fourth part suggests some ways to solve the above-mentioned five problems.
