To improve the validity of the government has already become the main value that the government reforms nowadays choose to face.Information asymmetry is the Characteristic of the marketplace which is out of order,being also the important cause leading to the invalid government.Resolving the information asymmetry between the government and the public,require institutional innovation and system guarantee. |
