| 摘 要： | 从哲学的角度探讨了水资源科学发展观的哲学依据,指出水资源科学发展观是矛盾论的客观要求,是马克思主义认识论的必然。水资源科学发展观坚持了人与自然对立统一,坚持了马克思主义历史主体论,是马克思主义的社会观,是人类文明发展的结果。

| Abstract: | The philosophical basis of the water resource sense of scientific development is discussed in this passage. The water resource sense of scientific development is regarded as the impersonal requirement of the antinomy theory, is the certain of Marxism epistemology. The water resource sense of scientific development explain the opinion on the contradiction and consolidate between man and nature and the historic principal part theory of Marxism, is the Marxism social attitude, is the developmental result of man's civilization. |
