| 摘 要： | 档案信息的安全保护一直以来是人们普遍关注的问题，伴随着信息产业的迅猛发展，电子档案逐渐代替纸质档案成为档案存储的首选载体。本文试从电子档案的优点、存在的安全隐患以及如何进行安全防范三方面进行阐述，从而探讨如何真实有效地利用电子档案。

| Abstract: | File＇s information secure protection has been extensive and attentive issues, with the rapid and booming development of informative industry, the electronic files has gradually replaced paper files and become prime cartier of file storage. The essay attempted to state via merits of electronic files, the existing secure lurking peril and how to execute safety prevention so as to explore how to effective utilize electronic files. |
