摘    要:
任何区域的高速发展都离不开人才队伍的建设,一个高效的人才队伍会带动地区的一个产业的高速发展。国家越来越重视京津冀地区的联合发展,人才的引进因地区的差异化而不均衡。人才共享机制是解决这种不平衡的有力途径,是区域经济协同发展的必然选择,也是解决人才的稀缺性与发展的普遍需求的最佳方式。

Abstract:
The rapid development of any region is inseparable from the construction of talent team. An efficient team of talents will drive the rapid development of an industry in the region. China pays more and more attention to the joint development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Since the introduction of talents is unbalanced due to regional differentiation, the talent sharing mechanism is a powerful way to solve this imbalance. It is the inevitable choice for the coordinated development of regional economy, and is also the best way to solve the common demand of talent''s scarcity and development.
