| 摘 要： | 根据地法制史研究在1979年以后取得了丰硕的成果，但多局限于陕甘宁边区。从根据地法制史研究的系统性和完整性角度而言，开辟新四军抗日根据地法制史研究的新领域显得尤为重要。研究的关键之处在于新四军抗日根据地法制文献的整理和挖掘，以及与其他根据地法制史的比较研究。

| Abstract: | The study about the legal history of the base areas has achieved fruitful results after 1979, but only limited to the Shan-gan-ning Border Region. For the systematicness and integrity about the study of the base area legal history, it is particularly important to open up a new field of research on legal history about the New Fourth Army. The key point is to organize and excavate the the New Fourth Army Anti Japanese Base Areas legal documents, and the comparative study of the legal history about other base areas. |
