我国劳动关系层面企业社会责任动力机制实现的途径

摘    要:建立我国劳动关系层面企业社会责任动力机制固然重要,但找寻该动力机制实现的途径更为重要。要使我国劳动关系层面企业社会责任的动力机制得以实现,至少应开展以下工作:明确政府作为相关法律法规的制定者和监督者以及企业履行劳动关系层面社会责任的引导者和推动者的角色和定位;借助诸如行业协会、消费者协会等非政府组织的力量;利用电视、报刊等大众传媒的影响,形成良好的履行劳动关系层面企业社会责任的舆论环境;将履行劳动关系层面企业社会责任纳入企业的发展战略;加强员工的维权意识,发挥工会的维权作用。
