| 摘 要： | 高校学生的作业、申请书等一般不是作品,但有例外;高校学生虽然不是高校职员,但其作品可能是职务作品;经教师指导的作品有可能是合作作品,也可能是个人作品,并且可能是兼有职务作品与非职务作品、个人作品与合作作品属性的复杂作品。

| Abstract: | college students' homework,application letter,etc generally are not works,but with some ex- ceptions.Though college students are not working staff of colleges,their works may be post works.The works under the supervision of teachers may be cooperated works or may also be individuall works.They can be the complicated work being post work and being not post work,individual work and the work at- tribute working together concurrently. |
