| Abstract: | Nowadays,the number of land-lost peasants are in a sudden increase because of the current trends of industrialization and urbanization .In this process, the benefits of land-lost peasants are damaged, and they face a predicament: no land,at the same time, no job; Besides,their ability of resisting risks is in sharp decline. The reasons of the above are various, but one important reason lies in the imperfect institution of the public administration in our country. This paper will give a brief analysis on imperfect benefit of the land-lost peasants from the institutional perspective. |
