非自愿迁移对老年移民生活的影响——以河南YW村为例

以YW村为个案,认为非自愿迁移对老年移民农业生产、家庭养老和社会适应等方面产生了负面影响。搬迁后,土地资源减少、收入来源单一化、刚性支出增加;子女在家庭养老中的经济支持力度下降、代际支持网功能受限、辅助性支持网作用明显降低;老年人生活空间狭窄,社会适应较差。改善老年移民生活状况需要加强政府外部资源的供给,健全老年移民社会保障机制,完善移民补偿与安置政策,建立移民效益共享机制,构建老年移民社会安全网。

The Impact of Involuntary Migration on the Elder’s Resettlement: A Case Study of YW Village in Henan Province

The case study of YW village shows that involuntary migration has had a negative impact on elderly mi- grants involving their agricultural production, family support and social adaptation. Their resettlements have been faced with the decrease of land resource, single source of income, and increase of rigid expenses; their economic support from their children is declined, the intergenerational support network is limited in functioning, the role of auxiliary support network is significantly weakened; their living space becomes narrow, their social adaptability is poor. To improve the living conditions of the population, the government needs to strengthen the supply of exter- nal resources, to intensify the social security mechanism, to perfect the compensation resettlement policy, to build a migrant benefit sharing mechanism and social safety net.
